Tips for your first sound bath

Sound Bath Tips

01 : Wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers.

02 : Bring a yoga mat to lie down on. Consider bringing any of these additional items: blanket, eye mask, pillow/bolster.

03 : Arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up and settle in.

04 : Once the sound bath begins, avoid excessive movement and remain quiet.

05 : Relax and enjoy the journey!
