About Us
White Light Sounds is a wellness studio based in Redondo Beach, California, founded by lovers of music, mindfulness, and meditation.
Our signature events are group sound baths, featuring crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, Native American flute, frame drum, ocean drum, chimes, and other ancient and tribal instruments. Refer to our SERVICES page for details on private sound baths or Reiki sessions, custom events, retreats, and corporate wellness options.
Our regular group sound baths are held at: 312 (Studio #2) South Catalina Avenue, Redondo Beach, California 90277.

Kristin White spent many years as an event planner and political fundraiser (including two years in the White House) until the calling came to combine two of her passions: music and meditation. Settling in Hermosa Beach, CA to raise her family, she drew upon her musical roots, coupled with her meditation practice, to create what would bring her and so many others joy: sound bath with heart.
She incorporates an abundance of high vibrational instruments including gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flute, chimes, frame drum, shruti box, tongue drum, and vocal toning into her symphonic sound bath practice.
Kristin is a sound bath practitioner, meditation instructor, author of The Love Frequency: A Guide to Oneness and Wisdom of the Wild Ones: A Spiritual Narrative, retreat and workshop facilitator, and as a Reiki Master, she infuses all of her healing modalities with universal healing energy.
Kristin is thrilled to partner with like minded women and plan restorative retreats in beautiful and sacred settings. When in LA, you can catch local sound baths held twice weekly where participants are said to leave lighter, more joyful, and full of a loving vibration. As a healer of many talents, her sound baths don’t just give you a pleasant sound experience, you get an infusion of the love frequency and transformation.
Trainings and Certifications: Reiki (Levels I, II & Master), Divasonic Music Academy, Yoga Nidra, Frame Drum Academy, Sound & Vibrational Healing (Levels I & II) from Awakenings Wellness Center in Sedona, Arizona.

Susie Miller is a lifetime advertising sales executive, founder of South Bay for Social and Racial Justice, and sound healer. She uses her passion for health and inclusive nature in her approach to help individuals and corporations cope with stress and live a life in balance.
Susie has been a long-time meditation and sound bath enthusiast and energy worker. During the pandemic she deepened her practice through learning sound healing. Her mission is to expose as many people as possible to this ancient healing modality and to help individuals tap into their own inner healing powers through sound.
