We are so excited to welcome Hans Petter to White Light Sounds Studio for a joyful evening of guided meditation, manifestation, symbolic mantra work, and an immersive sound bath.
Hans has been hosting these special circles since discovering the practice in 2021, and now shares them through monthly events across the LA and OC areas. His work is inspired by the phrase “Substitutiary Locomotion” and its mantra “Treguna Mekoides Trecorum Satis Dee” from Disney’s Bedknobs and Broomsticks - which was one of my favorite childhood movies. This modern manifestation practice was reimagined by Karina Dayrit, creating an audio guided journey using the movie’s mystical mantra as a symbolic meditation experience for building collective energy and awakening inner magical manifestation in a way that feels playful, yet powerful. Hans and many other attendees from previous circles have had successful manifesting wins because of the Substitutiary Locomotion method!
Kristin will be adding a live sound bath to the evening, creating a dreamy boost to this uplifting experience. The evening will close with a relaxed gathering over sweet and savory bites - a chance to linger, connect, and share a little conversation after the sound bath. Please bring the items you need for comfort as you’re sitting and laying on the floor, which might include a yoga mat, pillow, bolster, and blanket.
You’re also welcome to bring a small meaningful item to place on the altar such as a crystal or a small keepsake to absorb the energy of the evening and then carry back home with you.
PRIVATE SOUND BATH SESSIONS
Book a White Light Sounds sound bath for birthdays, holidays, baby showers, home birth, staff appreciation, date night, bachelorette parties, retirement celebrations, or any other special gathering.
The hour-long session usually begins with a few minutes of sound meditation instruction followed by a short breathwork exercise leading into the sound bath. The session concludes with a brief discussion and the opportunity to ask questions about meditation, sound bath, and the instruments. Session timing can be adjusted to meet your needs.
Private sound baths start at $495 for an hour-long session in the greater LA area. Pricing for sound baths is intended for groups of ten people or fewer at your private residence or business or in our Redondo Beach studio on Sundays at 5:00pm. There is a $20 charge for each additional person above ten. If you are outside of the LA area, please contact Kristin to discuss travel fees.

SOUND BATH PACKAGE - 5 sessions for $99
Designed for those of you who want to come into the studio often, this package is $99 for one person for five sound baths. You may use it for the Sunday and Wednesday evening 60-minute sound bath sessions in the Redondo Beach Studio. After you purchase the package, you will receive a code via email to use to reserve your spot in upcoming sessions. The code is nontransferable (just for one person) and expires after 100 days.

Yes! There is usually plenty of free parking in our parking lot. However, on the rare occasion that it is full, there is public parking on the street and in a parking lot across from the studio.

We recommend that you bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, and an eye mask for your comfort. However, if you are traveling from out of town, we have you covered with a limited number of mats, pillows and blankets available!

The doors open about 5-10 minutes prior to the session to give you plenty of time to settle in before the session starts.

Absolutely! Sound baths are for everyone. We trust that parents know their children best and can decide whether a sound bath will be a good fit. If you choose to bring your child, we simply ask that you have a gentle exit plan in case they become restless or uncomfortable during the session.
In our experience, children who attend are often beautifully receptive to the sounds and energy of the experience. That said, public sound baths may not be suitable for babies or toddlers, as the instruments can be quite resonant and the atmosphere is meant to remain peaceful for all participants.
Also, our group guided meditations are thoughtfully written for an adult audience. Children may join, but some themes may not resonate as deeply with younger participants.
Child friendly themes can be created for private sessions!

Welcome! You’re in for a beautiful experience of deep relaxation and inner stillness. There’s nothing you need to do to prepare - simply come with an open mind and heart. Most people choose to lie down on a yoga mat or recline comfortably, so we suggest bringing:
A yoga mat or cushioned surface to lie on
A blanket and pillow for extra comfort
An eye mask if you’d like to fully drift inward
A water bottle to stay hydrated afterward
Wear cozy clothing that allows you to relax completely. Once the sound bath begins, you’ll simply close your eyes, breathe naturally, and let the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you.
Each experience is unique - some people feel calm and peaceful, others may release emotions or have moments of clarity. Whatever arises is perfect.
Afterward, take your time coming back to wakefulness.
Sound baths are truly for everyone, whether you meditate regularly or are brand new to the practice. Just come as you are - we’ll take care of the rest.
