Relax on your yoga mat into a meditation guided by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other ancient instruments.
This is our 60-minute signature event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring a yoga mat and any other items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, which might include a pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in as we will begin at the scheduled start time.
