We begin with a guided gratitude meditation that boosts mental health and leaves you feeling supported. This meditation is followed by a sound bath that helps to integrate the positive experience.
This is our 60-minute signature event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring a yoga mat and any other items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, which might include a pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in and we will begin at the scheduled start time. You must register up to one hour before the session start time.
