Grab your girlfriends and join us for a transformative and informative day of healing as we delve into the facts about menopause and how you can feel better in your own body. Limited to 20 women, here is what the retreat includes:
Advice session from a board certified OB/GYN specializing in hormonal changes and treatment
A chef prepared, plant-based, menopause-friendly lunch
A mini mobility and movement class led by a certified menopause movement specialist who will also discuss what types of exercise is most beneficial at specific times of day based on hormonal release
A session on “Eating for Hormal Changes During Menopause” by a registered dietician and author
Mental health breakout sessions with two certified therapists that focuses on the emotional challanges and how to find peace and balance at this time

PRIVATE SOUND BATH SESSIONS
Private Birthday Sound Bath in Los Angeles
Book a White Light Sounds sound bath for birthdays, baby showers, home birth, staff appreciation, date night, bachelorette parties, retirement celebrations, holiday functions, or any other special gathering.
Private sound baths start at $495 for an hour-long session in the greater LA area. Pricing for sound baths is intended for groups of ten people or fewer at your private residence or business or in our Redondo Beach studio. There is a $20 charge for each additional person above ten. If you are outside of the LA area, please contact Kristin to discuss travel fees.
The hour-long session usually begins with a few minutes of sound meditation instruction followed by a short breathwork exercise leading into the sound bath. The session concludes with a brief discussion and the opportunity to ask questions about meditation, sound bath, and the instruments. Session timing can be adjusted to meet your needs.
SOUND BATH PACKAGE - 5 sessions for $99
Designed for those of you who want to come often, this package is $99 for five sound baths. You may use it for the Sunday and Wednesday evening 60-minute sound bath sessions in the Redondo Beach Studio. After you purchase the package, you will receive a code via email to use to reserve your spot in upcoming sessions. The code is nontransferable (just for one person) and expires after 100 days.
