Joy as a Spiritual Practice invites us to treat joy as something deeper than a passing mood. It is something we can cultivate through presence, gratitude, beauty, laughter, and simple pleasure. In the warmth and brightness of summer, we’ll explore how joy can become a way of paying attention, a way of opening the heart, and a way of remembering that goodness is not something we have to earn. It is something we can notice, receive, and allow.
The meditation is followed by a sound bath where you will relax into the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other ancient instruments.
This is our 60-minute signature event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Parking is free in our lot.
