Joy is not always the easy choice. Sometimes it is an act of courage - a decision to remain open, hopeful, playful, and fully alive even when life feels uncertain. In this guided meditation, you will reconnect with the quiet strength it takes to welcome pleasure, trust goodness, and allow yourself to feel uplifted without waiting for everything to be perfect. Through reflection, breath, and imagination, you will create space for joy to move through your body and remind you that choosing light is not avoidance - it is a powerful way of meeting life.
The meditation is followed by a sound bath where you will relax into the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other ancient instruments.
