Through the guided meditation, you will choose peace as your guiding force as you focus on releasing the emotional triggers that no longer serve you.
The sound bath will support the feelings of serenity as you journey inward tuning into the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other ancient instruments.
This is our 60-minute signature meditation event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in. We will begin at the scheduled start time.
