Join me for a beautiful, guided meditation to visualize your innermost desires and set them into motion.

The guided meditation will be followed by a sound bath that will relax, renew, and restore you - mind, body, and soul.

This is our 60-minute signature event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.

Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.

Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in. We will begin at the scheduled start time.
