Facilitator - Kristin White
Kristin will lead a guided meditation that induces physical, emotional, and mental relaxation that will calm the body and strengthen the immune system. A sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will follow.
This is our 60-minute signature event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in and we will begin at the scheduled start time.
