Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a meditation practice that induces physical, emotional, and mental relaxation. You will lie on your mat and listen to a sequenced, live, guided meditation, followed by a sound bath.
This is our 60-minute signature event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in. We will begin at the scheduled start time.
