Reiki is a Japanese healing art that reduces stress and promotes relaxation and healing. In this course, you will be initiated into Reiki I & II and learn techniques that have been passed down for thousands of years.

Level I is a practitioner's initiation into Reiki and is open to anyone. Level I teaches students to focus on practicing Reiki on themselves and includes an overview of the history of Reiki.

Level II gives students the skills to practice Reiki on others and open energy channels more deeply. Students learn how to send Reiki over long distances and how to send healing energy wherever it may be needed in the world. Upon completing all Level II requirements, students receive a certification and are allowed to build a business and charge money for Reiki sessions.

The first class is in the White Light Sounds Redondo Beach studio on Sunday, November 21 from 2:30-6:00pm and the last class is also in the studio on Sunday, December 19 from 2:30-5:30pm. In between the first and last sessions, we will have at least one practice session per week via Zoom for 30 minutes. Kristin will work with you to make sure at least one practice session per week accommodates your schedule. We will end with a celebratory, vegan dinner at Pura Vita Restaurant after the last class.

All classes, class materials, and the celebratory dinner are included - $495 - Class fee can be divided into two payments, if helpful. If you are interested in joining only one course, please contact Kristin to discuss.
