Join me for a sound bath and guided meditation that focuses on bringing your mind and body to place of pure relaxation.
Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, Native American flute and other ancient and tribal instruments are a part of this ritual, which will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed.
This is a 60-minute event and a reservation is required, as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in and we will begin at the scheduled start time.
