As Spring transitions to Summer, the days are long, warmer, and full of life. This guided meditation will honor the longest day of the year and help you prepare for a beautiful summer season.
The meditation is followed by a sound bath where you will relax into the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other ancient instruments.
This is our 60-minute signature event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in. We will begin at the scheduled start time.
