The Autumn Equinox is a time of balance. Kristin will lead a guided meditation that will focus on the balance between day and night…dark and light…with gratitude to the earth to providing us this beautiful time to look inward and find grounding and balance in our lives.
The guided meditation will be followed by a sound bath that will relax, renew, and restore you - mind, body, and soul.
This is our 60-minute signature meditation event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in. We will begin at the scheduled start time.
