SPRING ENERGY CLEARING WORKSHOP SERIES -

Kundalini Breathwork & Sound Bath Workshop - April 15, May 20 & June 17, 2023 - 5-7pm - $66

Kristin White of White Light Sounds is partnering with special guest facilitator, Silke Schroeder of Soulfully Silke, to offer an energy clearing workshop that will allow you to tap into a refreshed and joyful energy.

Silke will guide you through a Kundalini Kriya (breathwork exercise) as you sit cross-legged on the floor. The Kriya will be supported by Kristin’s instruments (particularly the drums,) which will boost the Kundalini energy making the experience even more powerful. Then after some yummy and healthy snacks you will relax on your mat and Kristin will lead you through a sound bath featuring the soothing crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and Native American Flute that will integrate the day’s lessons. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable sitting and lying on the floor - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and a bolster/zafu. Don’t miss this one!
