The Trust Your Inner Wisdom guided meditation gently leads you to connect with your intuitive knowing, fostering confidence in your inner guidance through breath, sound, and intention. This practice encourages deep listening and self-trust, allowing clarity and wisdom to emerge naturally.
During the sound bath, you will relax into all these powerful feelings as you journey inward…your meditation supported by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other ancient instruments.
This is our 60-minute signature meditation event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in. We will begin at the scheduled start time.
