Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a meditation practice aimed to induce physical, emotional, and mental relaxation. You will lie on your mat and listen to a sequenced live guided meditation, followed by a sound bath.
This is a 60 minute session and a reservation is recommended as space is limited for your maximum enjoyment.
**Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in as we will begin at the scheduled start time.**
We recommend you bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
