Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a guided meditation practice that induces physical, emotional, and mental relaxation. You will lie in shavasana on your mat and listen to a guided meditation that is designed to free your mind of outside thought, followed by a sound bath.

This is our 60-minute signature event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.

Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.

Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in. We will begin at the scheduled start time.
