Deep Listening – Harnessing Inner Strength
Step into a practice of presence with this week's guided meditation on Deep Listening. In a world filled with noise and distraction, this session invites you to slow down and attune to the quiet wisdom within. Through stillness, breath, and gentle focus, we'll cultivate resilience, restore clarity, and reconnect to the strength that arises when we truly listen—to ourselves, to our bodies, and to the space between the sounds.
The guided meditation will be followed by a sound bath, which include the high vibration sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other ancient instruments.
This is our 60-minute signature event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in. We will begin at the scheduled start time.
