Appreciation is a powerful emotional state that opens the mind and heart to more of what is already working in your life. Whe we spend time noticing what we value and enjoy, the nervous system relaxes and our sense of well-being naturally expands.
The guided meditation will be followed by a sound bath, which include the high vibration sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other ancient instruments.
This is our 60-minute signature event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in. We will begin at the scheduled start time. Park for free in our parking lot!
