Neuroscience shows that what we consistently focus on strengthens the neural pathways that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In this guided meditation, you’ll practice how to gently direct your attention so the brain begins reinforcing patterns of clarity, calm, and forward momentum.
The guided meditation will be followed by a sound bath, which include the high vibration sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other ancient instruments.
This is our 60-minute signature event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in. We will begin at the scheduled start time. Park for free in our parking lot!
