Relax as you journey inward and honor the the energy of the new moon in Aquarius, which brings a time for reflection, innovation, and making big changes. It can also be a time to embrace your unique self and celebrate your individuality. The guided meditation is followed by a sound bath, which includes the high vibration sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other instruments.

This is our 60-minute signature event, and a reservation is required as space is limited.

Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.

Door open 5 -10 minutes early to settle in as we will begin at the scheduled start time.
