The guided meditation will be followed by a sound bath, which includes the high vibration sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other ancient instruments.

Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
