The Safe Space Within - Creating an Internal Place of Peace & Security
This week, we turn inward to create The Safe Space Within—an internal sanctuary of peace, trust, and security. Through guided breath, visualization, and gentle awareness, we’ll build a place inside ourselves that feels steady, protected, and unshakably ours. This meditation is an invitation to come home to yourself—no matter what’s unfolding around you.
You will integrate the guided mediation as you continue your journey inward, lulled by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other ancient instruments.
After the sound bath, there will be time to integrate and ground before leaving the studio.
Reservations are required as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in. We will begin the session at the scheduled start time.
