Energy Mastery: the human energy field and subtle body

Facilitated by Farnaz Nour Reneker & Tracie Stearns

You are invited to explore the human energy field and subtle body as a means to balance and master your own energy.

Tracie, with her extensive experience in yoga practice and instruction, will lead the group through a gentle breath-work exercise and posture sequence to open minds and bodies to receive the teachings of the day.

Farnaz, as a certified vibrational healing facilitator, will share an overview of the human energy field, based on contemporary science and ancient spiritual teachings. She will break down the concepts into relatable parts and engage the group in reflection and interpretation through journaling and open discussion.

The session will close with a sound bath, incorporating crystal singing bowls and gongs, to integrate the information.

Our intention for this workshop series is to share ancient wisdom and support one another in living a joyful life, where we are all able to master our own energies and share our unique gifts.
