Begin with a guided meditation journey through your energy centers, followed by the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, Native American flute, and chimes to integrate the resulting balanced energy into body, mind, and spirit.
This is our 60 minute signature event and a reservation is required as space is limited.
Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
