CBD oil doses will be provided upon arrival to reduce anxiety, promote a sense of calm, and prepare the mind and body for a restful guided meditation and sound bath to follow.

Practical Magic CBD oil is locally made, organic, whole plant, small batch, hand-crafted, and lab-tested for purity and consistency.

This is a 60-minute sound bath session, and a reservation is recommended as space is limited for your maximum enjoyment.

Doors open 5-10 minutes early so that you may settle in as we will begin at the scheduled start time.

We recommend you bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillows, eye mask, and blanket.
