White Light Sounds brings peace and love to the holiday season through a White Winter Ritual that will include a transformative Cacao Ceremony, guided Reiki meditation, and a sound bath.

Our Cacao Ceremony is a contemporary spin on an ancient community tradition aimed to open the heart. We will begin by drinking a cup of cacao, which translates to “heart blood” in the Mayan tradition, and tastes like an earthy, mildly-spiced, hot chocolate, as we set beautiful intentions for the upcoming season.

The Cacao Ceremony will be followed by a guided Reiki meditation and sound bath. The Reiki meditation will harness universal white light that provides healing and relaxation to your mind, body, and soul. A soul rejuvenating sound bath will follow with high vibrational instruments - crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and the dulcet tones of the Native American flute.

Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow, a blanket, and a crystal (or other high vibrational object) to place on the alter during the ceremony.
