“Tried the sound bath led by Kristin. Holy Moly. I went in there after having a day of anxiety and negative thoughts (like every day, haha). After an hour in the sound bath, I don’t know if it was the music or her healing energy or both, but I felt so HAPPY and at peace and like everything was going to be okay. I signed up for the membership and will be going often. So glad I found this!!” Posted on Yelp.

“An enlightening weekend of peaceful introspection, laughter and mindfulness, surrounded by beautiful, supportive, inspiring women, that filled my heart with a sense of joy. Farnaz and Kristin were the perfect hosts and retreat leaders. I will definitely be doing this retreat again.” - On Sound Healing Retreat in Joshua Tree.

“I have never been to a sound bath and was quite reluctant, but my friend convinced me to go and I'm so glad I did! The ladies who led the session were warm, friendly, and helpful! They supplied an eye mask (not required) but it helped me relax and focus on the sounds! Bring a comfy mat and blanket (if you tend to get cold like I do) and enjoy! I sent my mom here too and that night she slept 8 hours for the first time in years!” - Posted on Yelp.

“Let me say first, I did not think of myself as a Sound Bath type of person. I initially went because a friend suggested it, and I figured I'd try something new, and get to hang out with a friend. I mean wort-case-scenario I develop a fear of gongs, right?
Here is what won me over:
*The location - it takes place in an art gallery, so the surroundings are inspiring and creative
*The hosts (Is that what the teachers are called? I've no clue) , Kristin and Farnaz - mellow, welcoming, and non-judgmental.
*The "bath" itself - The bath was tranquil without being repetitive or predictable. It was a great reminder to me that it's really important to unplug (even if for an hour a week in a room of like-minded people) and let your mind wander or be quiet.
Also, I did not develop a fear of gongs.
Sign up with a friend, bring your own mat and blanket and give White Light Sounds a try.” - Posted on Yelp.

“Sound bath twice already this week… Sunday night Full Moon Sound Bath and this evening I tried out Yoga Nidra Sound Bath (for the first time)… each time I went there with an open heart and mind… powerfully strong, yet powerful in calmness… I feel reset, energised and ready to discover the power in it and the welcoming and enveloping energy of its hosts. If you’re in HB check it out - these guys are great… and if you’re not… find out what it’s all about where you are - a discovery to share and enjoy.” - Posted on Instagram.

“This place is beautiful. I came here with my mom for an hour long sound bath and it was the most amazing experience. The two sound healers are highly educated on meditating and made our time so relaxing and comfortable. I can't wait to go back again and bring my friends.” - Posted on Yelp.

“White Light Sounds offers an amazing experience. I find myself in a completely different head space after attending one of their sound baths. I am more relaxed, and feel more whole. Farnaz and Kristin are true caring healers. Each session feels different from the last one, and I find the calm energy that I leave with lasts for days. I am so happy I have found them and will keep coming back as I really love the way I feel afterwards.” - Posted on Yelp.

“Thank you for the mind and body experience at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo. After several days of meetings and late night events, I felt absolutely reinvigorated after my spiritual sound journey. One of the most interesting takeaways was that your experience triggered some (which I didn’t even know was a thing). With my eyes completely shut, I could see colors moving and dancing in front of me like layers of smoke. Just wanted you to know that the White Light Sounds experience has stuck with me and I look forward to continuing my journey in color and sound the next time I’m in Hermosa Beach.” - E3 Expo.
