WHITE LIGHT SOUNDS: SOUND BATH & MEDITATION EVENTS - GREENSBORO

Book a sound bath for girl’s night, date night, birthdays, baby showers, staff appreciation, bachelorette parties, retirement celebrations, holiday functions, or any other special gathering.

Private sound baths start at $350 for an hour-long session in the Triad area. Pricing for sound baths is intended for groups of ten people or fewer at your private residence or business. There is a $10 charge for each additional person above ten. If you are outside of the Triad area, please contact us to discuss travel fees.

The hour-long session usually begins with a few minutes of sound meditation instruction followed by a short breathwork exercise leading into the sound bath. The session concludes with a brief discussion and the opportunity to ask questions about meditation, sound bath, and the instruments. Session timing can be adjusted to meet your needs.
